- I am the founder and CEO of Ignite. Prior to launching Ignite, I was the Chief Architect in MIND CTI. While serving in MIND CTI, I took part in establishing MIND's 160 people R&D center in Romania.
During my seven years service in MIND, I was in charge of the offshore R&D training, and took major part in forming MIND's distributed development methodology.
